Today, many university introduced E-learning system in lecture.
However it is different from Cyber University.
Cyber University is based on E-learning system, so student don't need to go to university.
Instead of going university, they attend a class on the internet.

However Cyber University's all system is internet.
Student listen to all class's course through university homepage on the web.
So they can access the class everywhere.
They have to attend a class, and submit a report on the internet.

It is lecture of Cyber university.This E-learning system is not largerly different from others. The strinking point is that all class is online lecture.
